James is a qualified Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer and has undertaken specialist training in Programming, Sports Psychology, Sports Injury Prevention and Strength & Conditioning for Sport and Adventure. James is a respected coach of leaders in sport and is a Member of the Foundation for Leadership in Sport.
His background as a sports performer and coach has included, Climbing, Judo, Boxing, MMA, Rugby, American Football, Triathalon, Mountain Biking, Paddlesports and Mountaineering.
