Adventure Fitness Training.
James has a long background in sports coaching and preperation for outdoor and adventure sports.
He holds a number of Coaching qualifications for Adventure sports- Mountaineering, Mountaining Biking, Canoeing.
He is also a Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer with experience of working both inside and outside gyms, with a huge range of clients including new mums, fitness models, body builders, potential and serving military, new and active sports people, people with disabilities, mountaineers, challenge participants and polar explorers.
James has also studied Coaching, Nutrition and Strength and Conditioning. He applies these principles with his clients whether they are looking to lose weight, climb their first mountain, get fitter or undertake a challenging expedition.
With personal experience of military fitness requirements, physical challenges, global expeditions and sporting events, James is ideally placed to help clients develop.
